Texas Mortgage Lending strives to provide exceptional service to all of our customers. As such, we provide access to all of our mortgage services for people with disabilities.

Website Accessibility

Texas Mortgage Lending continually strives to improve the functionality of our website for all users, and our efforts are ongoing. If you are using a screen reader or other auxiliary aid and are having problems using this website, please call **Phone#TBD**.

Texas Mortgage Lending is committed to ensuring our website is accessible for all of our customers and website visitors through the following:

  • Ability to Modify Text / Image Size
Most web browsers allow users to adjust the text and image size of web pages for easier viewing, especially for customers with low vision.
  • Use of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
The use of CSS follows the principle of separating content from the presentation of our website pages. If customers have difficulty reading these web pages because of the fonts or colors, the CSS can be disabled using browser tools or settings that support this option.
  • Use of Alternative Text Descriptions for Images
For customers who are blind or have low vision, we use alternative text descriptions for images to help screen-reading software communicate image content.
  • Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF) Files
Some of the information on our website is provided in PDF format. Adobe Acrobat Reader includes a Read Out Loud text-to-speech tool that can read accessible text within PDF documents.

Auxiliary Aids for Communication

To communicate effectively with our customers, we are committed to providing the following assistance. For more information or to request assistance, please call **Phone#TBD** or email **Email#TBD**.

  • Assistance for Customers Who Are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
Our staff can provide written communication explaining our products, services, procedures, and other information. Customer service issues may be addressed by emailing **Email#TBD**.
  • Assistance with Reading or Completing Paperwork
For customers who are blind or have low vision, our staff can read paperwork and other literature aloud, as well as assist in completing forms and other paperwork. Documents can be enlarged through photocopies or on an employee’s computer screen for the customer to read. Customers can also request to have documents and forms emailed to them.
